At Sunnamusk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase; if you are not, you can return unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene standards, we can only accept items in their original, sealed cellophane packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique return authorization code.

  Carefully pack the unopened fragrance in its original box and shipping carton to ensure it is protected from damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label and drop off your package at any authorized courier location, ensuring you keep your proof of postage.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the item is in its original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
